Flux, Joker Soldering Paste Flux 50g for Multi-Purpose
Flux, Tin soldering paste flux 50g for repairing electronics, electrical appliances and automotive by using only tin soldering iron.
Features:
• Joker flux, multi-purpose.
• Compatible with all tin alloy.
• High quality, activity and fast soldering.
• Tip cleaner and easy cleaning.
• Mildly acidity and non-corrosive.
• Strong insulation over 100 mega ohms.
Usage:
• Tin soldering paste flux for all stainless steel plates/wires, all copper alloys/wires, brass, copper busbars and PCB/SMD.
• Repairing of mobiles, as well as for replacement micro switches and charging connectors.
• Soldering of lithium-ion battery 3.7v, coin battery (button cell or watch battery) and neodymium magnets.
• Cleaning the soldering tip.
Usage Recommendations (very important):
• Clean the surface (Clear any residues or dust).
• Put a very little bit of flux before soldering.
• Use a suitable soldering iron tip with the target area.
• Use a suitable soldering iron with the target size.
• Use a wet soldering sponge for cleaning the tip and during soldering.
• Use thinner or any alcohol for cleaning.
Notes:
• For best results, follow the usage recommendations.
• It's recommended to use a copper soldering tip when soldering neodymium magnets.
• Batteries may damage if it is exposed to high heat!
• Don't put soldering iron tip in flux.
• Not suitable for soldering to aluminium or chrome metals.
• Not suitable for soldering to SMT/BGA chipset.
• Not suitable with welding by fusion or flame.
Safety Precautions:
• Close after using & keep away from children.
• Use enough water when eyes or wounds are touched.
Appearance:The flux is a yellow soft paste, packaged in a round plastic can - net weight 50g.
